TIRE MOLDS

Since it was founded in 1905 HERBERT is manufacturing tire molds and tire manufacturing related equipment.

The construction of the HERBERT mold container is now more than 60 years old, but it is still state of the art.

HERBERT has a huge experience of many decades in development, construction and manufacturing of tire curing presses.

We will be gladly support you with machines for the assembly of bicycle, motorcycle, car, TBR, and Agricultural Tires.

For some modern tires it is necessary that they cool down under pressure in a post cure inflator (PCI).

Tire Building Drums belongs to our portfolio since many decades.

Since many years we are manufacturing bladder molds for bladders which will be used for tire production.

HERBERT produces bladder presses which will be used for the manufacturing of bladders.

Transfer Rings from HERBERT will be used for the transport of the belt package during the assembly process of green tires.

Milling, Turning, Engraving, Eroding, Welding, Ring / Sheet Bending Machines, Flame Cutting, CAD / CAM

On our biggest machines (turning and milling) we can machine parts with an OD of max. 6500 mm.
